welcome alex. hope you find others too play. there is a strong dulcimer contingency in and around bristol/hereford you shouldnt be too hard pushed to find fellow players.Marion
How are you getting along with the Folkcraft then? Welcome to FOTMD and the UK/European branch in particular.
Plenty of info on here + someone, somewhere who can answer just about any question you ask. And you should be able to check on the members list to see who's close to you.
Don't forget the Nonsuch [UK] Dulcimer Club either. Quarterly newsletter and regional/national events, including some quite close to you - look at their Facebook page for a recent one.
Welcome, Alexander, to this little corner of dulcimer heaven. There's a UK & European players group on here. Join that and you may find people and events near you. Hope you enjoy it here.
Hi Alexander, and welcome to the wonderful world of the Friends of the Mountain Dulcimer. It's a good place to come, spend some time, learn about the dulcimer, and to meet some good people.
