Mark and I are occupied with a community project now so we'll not be participating in this online music project.  However, I look forward to seeing the finished product, Ariane-- your tune is wonderful!

I have just finished the sheet music for "Warm Up" - you can download it from my website:

In case you do not already know...for easier practice you can slow down the tempo of youtube videos under settings...smile

New idea for an ONLINE MUSIC PROJECT!

Please find my hammered dulcimer composition "Warm Up" -

It consists of parts A, B and C which I have played for 4 rounds.

Tempo: 90 bpm

Keys: G, D

I would like to invite you to make recordings to this melody with whatever music instrument you like (mountain dulcimer, hammered dulcimer, guitar, ukulele, banjo, flute, percussion etc.)

for either the whole piece or parts of it.

You will send me your single track recording as an mp3 or wav file and I will make a final mix of all of them.

In this project I would like to encourage you to play any kind of 2nd voice, any accompaniment, improvisation, arpeggios, drones, filling notes

I am looking forward to your interest and participation and am very exited...

I think that this could be fun. 😊 What do you think?
