Mark Gilston plays an original Swedish style hambo on mountain dulcimer.
Sometimes I'll wake up in the morning with a tune going through my head. Often it's something I heard a long time ago which has just returned to tease me or to remind me how much I like it, but sometimes it's a totally original tune.

Very lively Mark. I would enjoy watching Strumelia dance to this too.
"Spritely" is the word that came to my mind! Very well done, Mark; I really enjoy this! Now, could we have a video of you doing the dance?
Nice job, Mark. I think Strumelia is correct; "stately" is the best word to describe tis tune
(:
Lovely and stately, Mark!
As a contra dancer, I took a Hambo lesson a few years ago, but it didn't quite 'click' for me- harder than it looked. But there's another hambo lesson coming up in November that i hope to attend. Having more dancing years under my belt now, I 'should' be able to catch it this time! The Hambo is a pretty and fun dance to do, also the tunes are sweet.
I enjoyed this Hambo tune you've composed.
