I, also, am shocked to learn of Cari's death. I enjoyed her stories about her grandmother as well as her banjo playing. I did take a couple of dulcimer classes with her. My sympathy goes out to her family and friends.

I was shocked and saddened to learn of Cari's death.  I took a class on Jean Ritchie songs with Cari at Hindman in, I think, '15.  

A couple of the listeners in this video have passed away in recent months-- Ron's dear wife and Shelbi (who grew up in Hindman).

Just heard of the tragic death of Cari Norris.  This was at our first meeting.  Don't have any other words right now.  RIP Cari.
