Hey, Sheryl, thanks for all that. Our daughter and her family live up there in Winter Springs so we're up in your part of the country from time to time. I don't know of any groups further south of Martin County, but I've passed your message on to my friend/instructor here on the Treasure Ccoast. There is a little sub-culture/underground of dulcimer players,most of whom I've not met yet. We'll keep pecking away at this.
There's an event coming up, The Stephen Foster Dulcimer Retreat, Nov. 7-8 up at Stephen Foster Folk Culture Center Sate Park, in White Springs,just north of Lake City. A number of us are planning on going. So there's something to think about.
