Hey, Sheryl....I just want to say how good it was to meet up with you and get "networked" at the Dulcimer Retreat last weekend. I'm planning on picking up a 2015 calemdar this weekend and will get my weekend workl schedule plotted out, then I'll be ableto see what I can plug into. Thanks again. Take care.

Hey, Sheryl, thanks for all that. Our daughter and her family live up there in Winter Springs so we're up in your part of the country from time to time. I don't know of any groups further south of Martin County, but I've passed your message on to my friend/instructor here on the Treasure Ccoast. There is a little sub-culture/underground of dulcimer players, most of whom I've not met yet. We'll keep pecking away at this.

There's an event coming up, The Stephen Foster Dulcimer Retreat, Nov. 7-8 up at Stephen Foster Folk Culture Center Sate Park, in White Springs, just north of Lake City. A number of us are planning on going. So there's something to think about.

Hi Sheryl, and welcome to the world of the Friends of the Mountain Dulcimer. It's a good place to come, spend some time, learn and exchange ideas about the dulcimer, and to meet some good people.
