Fret Press

Some of you asked about my using a press I have for assembling turned pens/pencils as a fret press.  I have made one modification which may be of interest.  I found the maple block I made to press the fret stock in the fret board was taking an imprint of the fret material.  Therefore I added a metal plate over the block.  This provides a more even and consistent pressure when installing the frets.
