Hello Bill, I noticed that that you live near Brazil. Maybe we could meet up and play sometime, as I am also from the Brazil area.

I am new to wood working & instruments in general. I just built a ban jammer but when I go to play different chords they all sound the same. If you could suggest anything I need to do I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you very much for your time,Jason.

Bill,

Thanks. Smile.gif

We were having our dulcimer group last night, and a man came in from another meeting that was being held in the building to ask about dulcimers. His wife is interested in playing, and he asked if there was anyone in Rockville. I'll try to get in touch with him. You''d be about 20 minutes or so from Rockville, wouldn't you?

I did point him in Bill Berg's direction for a beginner dulcimer.

I'll let you know what I find out.

Julia

Hi Bill, and welcome to the wonderful world of the Friends of the Mountain Dulcimer. It's a good place to come, spend some time, learn about the dulcimer, and to meet some good people.
