Bob, that's great your company lets you use the truck and that you have work. Two men in our SS class are looking for jobs. One has been out of work for over a year. It's still tough out there. Enjoy your granddaughter. We just sent our daughter to school. They grow up so fast.
Bob, sounds like the old jeep we used to have. In our case it needed a pump too. Fortunately my husband can work on cars. He bought a radiator and the pump. Took him about half a day and got it all installed...and in the parking lot at our townhome (not there anymore). It was a sight to see. I love to see mechanics at work. It's beautiful in its own way.
We're doing well. I've been busy working on a job assignment this week. I've had lots of stuff to do for my mom's estate ...lots of paperwork etc. It's just a small estate but there is still a process. That's been occupying a lot of my time along with our kid's graduation. She'll be going off to college in a few weeks. Hopefully I'll have some time to catch my breath and play my dulcimer.
Bob, I was wondering about you the other day. How are you all doing? My husband lost his job in December but I think things are starting to look up for him. I've been working temp jobs to help out and haven't been on here as often. Take care and check in when you can. It's good to hear from you
Hi Bob, and welcome to the world of the Friends of the Mountain Dulcimer. It's a good place to spend some time, exchange ideas about the dulcimer and to meet some good people.
