Sweet Hour of Prayer

musician/member name: Music
Duration: 00:03:09
description:
My sister, brother & I took a siblings mini-vacation - September 8-11, 2018. We stayed in a sweet cabin - nestled back in woods, down a muddy little lane, in Hocking Hills Ohio! We had a waterfall behind the cabin. Most of our time was spent hiking and exploring, Old Man's Cave, Cedar Falls, Ash Cave and the Rock House. Time at the cabin was filled with good food, precious time together and of course a little music! I recorded Sweet Hour of Prayer the last morning we were there.

Thank you so much for listening and all the wonderful comments!  This was such a special time, and I want to thank you for being a part of it!  Robin - we LOVED this area, and hope to go back again some time!  John - yes this song reminds us to always pray.  And God always knows best!  We hoped for good weather, but it poured the first day we were there.  The second day was cool and overcast, but no rain.  The big news here is - the waterfalls were amazing!  And there were waterfalls that were not there when my sister visited the first time.  God gave us so much beauty - much more than we would have had if the weather had been what we wanted.  And by the way - the second day was perfect for hiking!  Then the time on the porch with my dulcimer.......just making music with all of this natural God-given beauty all around me..............

Sorry for rambling........................

Or maybe not sun

Cindy, this is just beautiful and so peaceful.  This song is a reminder to us that we can always pray to our Father in heaven.  The rushing water adds something soothing to your recording.  Thank you for playing!

I didn't record any music the day that others played on the porch....

But this was my plan all along - to play on the porch of this great little cabin!
