The Boys of Wexford

Artist: Dusty T.
Genre: folk
Duration: 00:01:11

Description:
The music for this 19th-century ballad commemorating the Irish Rebellion of 1798 was written by Arthur Warren Darley. I am playing a mountain dulcimer made of cherry and redwood by Terry McCafferty and tuned DAd.

Thanks for your comments, Sam.  I like this tune a lot.  Supposedly some school children in Ireland sang it to President Kennedy when he visited the town.

Pretty tune and so well played. Good 'sit and listen' music.
