Well! I got my leather picks today! Oh my gosh they are wonderful........I have had a blast tonight playing my banjammer with my new leather picks! It's like having a new toy! Thank you so much Bobby!
Plastic picks & leather picks
I'll send you an email Bobby. I've got a thing for homemade picks, they just seems old-timey to me.
I particularly like using a leather pick when Karen goes to bed (or any place I want to play without being too conspicuous), it has a mellower sound and I don't have to worry about waking her up.
The Plastic picks are made from coffee can lids, buttercups, etc....... These are great for kids and I have sold them to people that teach guitar classes. I use them to play my nylon string instruments too. You will get an assortment. Some will be thick, some thin, some stiff, some flexible. No choice in what I send. I can't remember what size these are, I just call them standard guitar pick size. I used to sell these on Etsy but the fees got too high for much of a profit. The edges are lightly sanded at this price and you could sand them finer if you had the notion, but I just play them as is with no problem. The photos are for demonstration only and may or may not be what you receive.
Price: 50 assorted picks for $2.00 + shipping
Or: 250 assorted picks for $10 and free shipping to USA.
The leather picks are the same size as the old folkcraft plastic picks. I sell a lot of these. varying thicknesses and stiffness. Once again the photo is for example only.
Price: 20 leather picks for $2.50 + shipping.
