Fanny Crosby wrote lyrics for so many wonderful old hymns.  Nicely played and sung, Gordon!   

Thank you for your kindness, Robin. Yes indeed she did, but we can't forget Howard Doane who wrote much of the music for her hymns. It's sort of a chicken and egg thing. Were the lyrics written first or was the music written first?
