George, what kind of prices are you going to have on your dulcimers that you are parting with?  I put a couple of ad's on here looking for any donated instruments that folks don't use.   I am wanting to start a therapy group with any vet that is interested, especially those dealing with PTS and depression.  I've met a few guy's at the VA who seem interested in the Dulcimer.

I have sent you a follow request, I am a vet from way back, got out in 84, also a crisis counselor, crisis prevention, trained and certified in PTSD issues in vets and kids, survivors of traumatic events and natural disasters. Music is a great coping skill.

Welcome, Gulfvet, to this little corner of dulcimer heaven. This is a soothing instrument.  It's great that it has helped you.  Hope you enjoy it here.

Hi Gulfvet, and welcome to the wonderful world of the Friends of the Mountain Dulcimer,  it's a good place to come, spend some time, learn about the dulcimer, and to meet some good people.
