Thank you both for your interest in my music. Ariane, I've checked about 5 times recently, and my website opens for me, both on ipad and PC. Have you tried refreshing the link? So sorry, but b/c it is not malfunctioning here, I wouldn't be able to figure out what is wrong. In the past whenever this happens (usually just overseas), my webmaster suggests refreshing the link, or usually the problem goes away in time. Also, here's a brief description of the book, as it appears on the website:Winter Variations is a companion book to Nina's Winter's Light CD. Like the CD, the book includes selections chosen to celebrate the quiet joys and consolations of the winter season. Most of the tunes on the CD appear in the book; arrangements range from well-loved seasonal favorites to less familiar carols from a wide range of traditions, including European carols, Shaker music, shape-note tunes, and spirituals. Within the book, each tune is presented in at least two different versions ("variations"): the first version of each set presents a simple arrangement for less-experienced players; subsequent versions increase in complexity and more closely resemble the recorded arrangements. The book also includes a background section, with history of the tunes, lyrics, and helpful playing tips. Tuning mostly DAD (some with capo), and some DGD.

hope you can connect with Nina!! She's a lovely woman and does amazing arrangements. I highly recommend all of her books and my favorites are: Tunes for Two or More Vol 3 most especially (but all are great) and Celtic Variations. Then there's her Christmas one and then there's The Softer Side of the Dulcimer...well I could go on...and on....my favorite arranger by far!!!

I had never heard this tune before but you play it beautifully, Maria! Ariane: I tried the link to the Nina Zanetti page and it is working for me. Maybe trying the link from a different computer might work?

that is so weird. I just tested and it works. Hmmm if you give me your email I can give it to Nina and maybe you can work it out that way?? Let me know and you can message me here if you don't feel comfortable posting your email.
