Hi A. H., and welcome to the wonderful world of the Friends of the Mountain Dulcimer.  It's a good place to come, spend some time, learn about the dulcimer, and to meet some good people.

Russ, if I remember correctly I met Bill Walker at a folk festival back in the late 1970s. I did not know about how he died, but I did know that the dulcimers were no longer being made. I'll have to look through my files and see if I have an old brochure or flyer from him. That is a very nice dulcimer and I'm sure you will enjoy playing it.
