Convert TablEdit file to .WAV or MP3?

or.....what app do you use to convert a MIDI file to an MP3?  Have created tablature in TablEdit but want to create MP3 demos of the tunes.  All tunes have a corresponding MIDI file saved.  Audacity can't make it a .WAV or .MP3 without just playing the file and recording it (with all the room sounds).  Have tried a  free file conversion app but it is set up to just burn CDs...not individual files.  Have access to TablEdit and Audacity on my PC, and Garage Band on my Mac lap.
