How do you highlight the melody in Tabledit?

I've seen some arrangements in Tabledit in which the melody note is either in bold face or in a different color from the rest of the arrangement. Does anyone know how to do this?

Some folks in my local dulcimer group are rank beginners and I would like to suggest they start out only playing the melody note if they are not ready for the full arrangement.
