Thank you all. I have had a sickness run throw our house the past few weeks. We hope it is on the wayward end now. Just playing catch up and clean up, or wash everything you can find now.
I have got some great pointers already and joined the build group. There too folks have added some helpful suggestions. Been doing a lot of reading when time has allows on building dulcimers. Also I have modified a cardboard kit to foam board hourglass shape; actually have two bodies glued together now.
I have an oak board to cut down for more finger boards. But looking at a jig plains to make perpendicular cuts for the frets. So al have to see how that goes.
Thank you again to all and hope that everyone is well. If not I truly hope that sweet sounds provide you some comfort. Until next time bee safe.
Hi Dreamer, and welcome to the wonderful world of the Friends of the Mountain Dulcimer. It's a good place to come, spend some time, learn about the dulcimer, and to meet some good people.
