Howard Rugg CapriTaurus Short Scale Model

I'm looking for a small dulcimer that's DAd (in the same octave as standard dulcimers). Do any of you have one of Howard's new ones? I'd love to talk to you about it. Or if you know someone with one - could you help me get in touch with them?
