Thanks Ken, I’m near Lake Placid 5 hrs from Rochester. Dave Nichols was my go to luthier but sadly he passed away. I know of one other near me but he has serious health issues. The price I pay for living in the remotest area. Thanks for the suggestions.

I bought this from a seller on EBay, there was damage that was not disclosed or noticed by the seller. Is this fixable? It won’t allow me tuning the first string so I can’t play unless I play 3 strings. Thanks in advance
