New to arranging

I have loads of songs I am wanting to work on learning, especially those from Steffany Gretzinger's "The Undoing".  I have a link to chords and lyrics for "Constant One" at Bethel Music, but I don't want to violate any policies in sharing?  Anyway, any tips for me?  I've only played from TAB and never from chords!  TIA!
