Coming back to this tune-- your play is so fine!
Youghal Harbour reminds me so much of another Irish tune,,"The Blackbird".A melody I could never master.
Great playing, Val. You keep that charming melody rolling right along.
There was a very good Canadian fiddler(George Wilson...Irish born) who recorded this in the late 60's.Lovely tune, good to hear.
So glad to have you back posting tunes, Val! Missed your wonderful playing!
Such a lovely tune! I appreciate your guidance with pronunciation-- I never would've pronounced it properly without help.
Robin thanks for your comments, YH. is a traditional tune. Pronounced Y'all as ye might say over there.
Is this is another of your original tunes, Val? It's wonderful in every way!
