Thank you for the information on the Walkabout. It seems it'd be a good instrument with which to travel if limited in what one can take. And I'd bet it does cut through with those six strings!

Robin,It's a great instrument. Much nicer than the strumsticks I have heard. Every dulcimer player I have shown it to wants one.It has perfect intonation and is loud.Kevin knows how to build instruments. He is in Texas. Took about 3 or 4 months from the time I ordered until delivery. I have a real nice hardshell case for it, too.
