Commercial Cleaners/Lubes

Anyone using a commercially sold cleaner or lube for strings and/or fretboards? Here's an example, (click attachment for pic of product) there are probably many others. They claim the product makes the strings last longer, ease friction between fingers and strings, help protect the wood of the fretboard and contain no silicone.
