Looking for Elizabethan/Renaissance arrangements.

I posted this question on the Early and renaissance group page, but no response, so thought I'd try here...

A friend just sent me Randy Wilkinson's Elizabethan Music for dulcimer CD... Does anyone know if it's possible to get music or tablature for these gorgeous arrangements?
