Dad/DAA duet

After watching a couple of introductory recorder videos using f/c tuned recorders, same fingering, at the same time, I thought a duet played with a DAd and a DAA tuned MD, using the same fingering on each instrument, will sound OK also. The 2 key scales are a 5th/4th apart, so should harmonize. Since the drones are the same they shouldn't be a problem.  I don't have the equipment here [wintering in Texas] to try this. 

I'm pretty sure this has been done before but I've never heard or read about it.
