Die Schwedische Hummel

A while back a friend shared a pdf of the is monograph. In 1952 Stig Wallin wrote and published this under the auspices of the Nordic Museum in Stockholm. As an academic study it is written in German. I undertook the task of translating it into English after not being about to find an English translation. I obtained permission from the Nordic Museum to do this and share it with friends and colleagues. The original version I had to work from is missing pages 50 and 51. I was not able to find a complete book or someone who could send me copies of those pages, so they are missing from my translation. It might be helpful to have a copy of the original version (even if you don't read and understand German) to see how I handled things. If you download it and find any mistakes, please let me know and I will make corrections.
