Stats

I have sang in Jazz Bands and sang and played rhythm guitar in Acoustic Folk Bands. Started playing the mountain dulcimer in March, 2019. I am a beginner player. Learning finger style, playing chords, rhythm and some flat picking. Would like to learn to play several genres of music including; Renaissance, Celtic, Traditional, Cowboy Tunes and Hymns. I am taking beginning lessons and am in a local Dulcimer Group. I have a Black Mountain Deluxe 58 Dulcimer and just bought a Redwood and Walnut McSpadden that is my profile photo. I am crazy about this instrument. Love playing it and meeting others who love it, too.

Hi Silver, and welcome to the wonderful world of the Friends of the Mountain Dulcimer.  It's a good place to come, spend some time, learn about the dulcimer, and to meet some good people.
