Thank you, these kids did a great job, only two are interested in learning to play. We are having woodworking class again,this year maybe I can get more interested. These pictures came from a website Phil posted, this dulcimer jumped out at me because I am making one like it and Iwas concerned about the raised fretboard and Ken gave me some good adviseand I was in the process of changing, but I might think about it.
That is wonderful...looks plenty old! I sure wouldn't hang it from those pegs- come come crashing to the floor...
4 equi strings, full length frets. Looks like that odd fret pattern again, that has a 6.5 fret but no 6....(ionian mode with tonic note on open melody string?)
