Using old radios as Amps

I am working on an Electric License Plate Guitar right now, so I've been spending quite a bit of time over on Cigar Box Nation.I found a really cool link yesterday on one of the groups to this site: http://www.radio-guitar-amps.com/? Apparently not only can you hack in to an old radio to use it for an Amp, you can plug right in to ones with Phono or Aux.imputs.I didn't know if this was common knowledge or not, so I thought I'd post it.I just about went acoustic with the LPG because of the cost of buying an Amp until I saw this- not only do they look really cool, they sound good too
