E-Device to read tab or not?

I need to make a decision because I have a huge amount of tab on my computer. I started to print out the tab to put in binders. I'm quickly discovering that I literally do not have the space for all those binders. Should I only print those I like to play or should I invest in an E-device? I'm leaning toward getting an E-device but I have no clue where to start looking for those. If I got one I would like to be able to see the tab without squinting. I am near sighted but can read paper tab on a music stand about a couple of feet in front of me so I would have to have something comparable in an E-device. If I got one, how do you get 2 or more pages of tab on the screen without touching an icon or button or whatever? I did look in the specific forum for this but I feel like I'm not the only one discovering this problem and those who responded seem to be more savvy with these electronic devices. I am not as savvy. Also, it takes a lot of time and effort to print out all that tab and paper too! Any suggestions or advice would be welcome. Also, I'm on a budget and can't get too expensive.
