Just realized that I had not responded to you Diane. I drew the cupid silhouette on paper and then used a glue stick to put it on the wood. Mashed it down good with a pizza roller and let it dry for a few hours. Then I used a1/16" drill to put holes at each turning point. I then used a jeweler's saw to connect the holes, keeping about 1/16 to 1/8 away from the line. After getting the middle cut out, I then used an X-acto knife, micro files and thin strips of sandpaper to add the detail. Pained the inside edge with red Testor's model paint.
