Welcome to FOTMD Milkweed_oid. It is good to have another Pennsylvanian on board. You should find a few dulcimer players around Pittsburgh. You might look in to the the Wartz 'n All Gathering in Morgantown, WV on October 26. It is a fun and informal get together to play dulcimer and other instruments.
