4 string teardrop dulcimer made in the 1960s by “William B. Ellis Musical who made folk instruments in Cardiff from the mid 1960s until 1971. He then moved to in Weobley/Wigmore, Herefordshire, where he became better known as 'Bernard Ellis', maker of early music instruments especially rebecs.
