Welcome Ksw to Friends of the Mountain Dulcimer. Glad you joined. This is a great group of friendly people who love the dulcimer. Post comments, ask questions. Best wishes on your dulcimer journey.
Richard, Thank you for the warm welcome! It has been a long time coming, for me, as you can see from my brief history of musical instrument playing, getting a dulcimer, then carving out time to practice, and getting sucked in by the great wave of quicksand when my children grew older and 'stole' my dulcimer practice time away from me!
I'm hoping to find someone close by (within New England) who is part of this forum so we can chuckle to ourselves about how we are doing, and maybe help each other along a bit.
Is there a way to find out where people live (other than to just skim through the pages)?
Hi KSW, and welcome to the wonderful world of the Friends of the Mountain Dulcimer. It's a good place to come, spend some time, learn about the dulcimer, and to meet some good people.
