In looking at the pictures, you might want to contact Dave at Backyard Instruments. The tuning machines look very similar to the ones he uses on his cardboard body dulcimers. And he will sell parts as well. His bridge may work as well. You will probably need to know the diameter of the hole the peg slides through. If he does not answer, leave a message. He is good about calling back.

I am sure someone will chime in who has more expertise about turning machines and the bridge and may be able to offer further advice. I do know Folkcraft Dulcimers and Stew Mac have parts. Both of these companies have been around a while and are quite customer service minded.
