This was heavily modified and the guy I bought it from was happy it was going to someone that would play it. Was built in 1976 by John A Mavis
Ron Gibson Dulcimer
This is my black walnut dulcimer. I wanted to add a better picture of the head as it's unique. Ron tried cutting a groove as that is supposed to increase volumne. I do find that this dulcimer really rings and I can pick it out in a group.
