What part of Duluth do you live in? My family for the most part live in West Duluth and originally, out in Gary New Duluth (I think that's what they tend to call it.

By-the-way, I see that you are in a city that is near and dear to my heart as I was born there and have aunts, uncles, and cousins there. I was in Duluth last July for my uncle's 80th birthday.
