Former dang yankee, haha. Need music making back in my life
Well, she is in pretty much perfect condition. By the quality and looks of case it has some age (oxidation to inner foam). There is a label hard to read, seems
like Deed white square with blue square, serial number, ill fry and see better.
does sound sweet, pickin some china doll
Hi Renegade, and welcome to the wonderful world of the Friends of the Mountain Dulcimer. It's a good place to come, spend some time, learn about the dulcimer, and to meet some good people.
Thanks so much folks, continuation of a journey. Always enjoyed bluegrass, zydeco, dobro etc……. I’m so excited to get her and get strumming. The history and culture are just as important.
I’m not sure of the monetary value of this, but for $125, seems vintage, hard case, it will be great. I am anticipating needing to restring it it is a four string instrument.
i’ll try not to be a stranger very much and merry Christmas
