Spike Parker

G'day fellow dulcimer lovers. Long story cut short I took an interest in the Appalachian Dulcimer after coming across the word in a crossword puzzle. I knew the  word, knew how to spell it but didn't know what it was. Did some online research, discovered it was the same instrument that  Joni Mitchecell and Cyndi Lauper were playing two of my favourite songs and promptly bought an Applecreek FAD1 about a year ago. Play around with it every couple of days or so, have learned to play a fully-chorded scale in DAD and sometimes use a capo, I finger pick and also use a noter. But now kind of stuck and wanting to go further with this lovely instrument. So, open to suggestions, pointers and chats. Listening out - Spike.
