My first concert

My group played at an assisted living/nursing home today. It was my first concert since I started learning how to play (last March). We played well on some songs and were a little rusty on others, but people seemed to like it. Best of all, one of the employees there got very enthused and starting asking about where to get a dulcimer and where our group meetings were located. So, perhaps a future member for our group. I couldn't keep up on a lot of songs, but that was ok. We have 2-3 more venues to play by Christmas. I'm hoping that my playing will get up to snuff by this time next year.At any rate, I got my feet wet, and am looking for more concerts to come.
