Where to place them on the finger board?

Between 2 and 3;

Between 6+ and 7 (2 dots?)

Between 9 and 10 (octave of 3)

Between 13 and 14 (2 dots?)

I was looking at the FolkCraft catalog and they have them all over the place. They had a chromatic with dots every-othe fret!
