Dulcimer Build Workshops

I've searched around on the web a bit and can't find many (if any) dulcimer building workshops.  I've found a lot of kits and they seem fairly straightforward, but seeing all of the unfinished projects in my house, I think I'd do better with a little more structure.  Is anyone aware of good workshops out there?  I live in central Florida, but get up to Boone NC fairly regularly.
