Need some advise on planetary tuners.

I just built a dulcimer, my first.     

I was cheap and put cheap tuners on. Now I need to upgrade and wonder if any one has used the Gotoh UPT - UB4N sealed planetary ukulele tuning key tuners sold on ebay? They are made in Japan I believe and I am wondering if they would be worth the $71.95 price or should I go even better with the Mcdonald five star on Folkcraft for $98.79.  Or is there others that I should consider?  Thank You
