Noter drone play list for nursing home?

Hi kids! I'm working on a playlist of tunes to play for a nursing home - must be noter drone almost exclusively (because I like it! and because my left hand has nerve damage :-/ )

Any suggestions would be helpful! Any tuning is fine. Thanks for the ideas. And also, any "talking/comments" that you like to add re: the tunes you play for the folks.
