Considering updating the tuning pegs

Hello all, I am considering replacing the friction pegs on my Keith Young dulcimer (see profile picture) with Grover tuning pegs.

I need advice!

Can anyone help me understand how to measure the instrument and compare it to the specs on the tuning pegs I'm looking at?

Also, does anyone know where I can get a set of the Grover 870's in rosewood? I have searched high and low on line and the rosewood seems to be out of stock everywhere.

Any other advice y'all have about changing tuning pegs would be appreciated! Thanks!
