"quick chaning of keys and chords for the dulcimer"

Hi panel, years ago I came across a posting on "Dulcimer Sessions" which Lois Hornbostel  put out with Mel Bay. The particular article that caught my attention was written by Ehukae Teves entitled: "Quick Changing Chords for Different Keys".  I cannot find a link for this now and believe that is been discontinued.  I was thinking of posting an instructional video on FOTMD showing some of what I remembered from that article showing this quick way to change keys and chords. My version would be more simplified, but I wonder if I could go ahead with this without enfringeing on any copywrites?
