Local Luthier Recommendations

Hello! I’m brand new to this forum, and am about 2 months into my mountain dulcimer journey. I recently got a great deal on a vintage McSpadden dulcimer, and it sounds amazing…except for some minor stuff. 

I’m in the Morgantown area, and I’m wondering if anyone know of any local luthiers (with dulcimer experience). I’d also be willing to travel a small distance. It’s only a tune-up after all.
