Anyone branching out?
About twenty years ago I decided to build a hammered dulcimer mainly to show the difference between them and mountain dulcimers. A friend and I were doing quite a few talks in local schools about mountain dulcimers. I kept mentioning the other instrument and showing a photo of it, but thought having a hammered dulcimer to show would be good. I accumulated a few books on making a hammered dulcimer and wound up building three of them. I am cleaning out the book shelves and want to find a new home for the hammered dulcimer construction books. I'm giving them away but would appreciate help with the postage. If you are interested send me a message here. I can give you a list of the books.
