Original Charles Pritchard Dulcimer - 1890 - Ralph Lee Smith - Sourwood Mountain

I'm not sure if anyone has picked up this recent video from YouTube and posted it here on FOTMD already?

Here is Ralph Lee Smith playing an original 1890 Charles Pritchard dulcimer. I love it Just listen to the tone and ring from that instrument - it is absolutely alive!!!!

What has surprised me about seeing the instrument in action is how similar it is to an Ed Thomas. The body is bigger (although not by as much as I thought) andthe shape of the hourglass is different, and the headstock and tail look very closely matched between the two builders.
